Berry Blizzard
HOLLY MATTHEWS- 6 heaped tablespoons of Trim Anytime Protein Strawberry Swirl or Aussie Bodies Perfect Protein Strawberry
- 1/2 cup low-fat cottage cheese
- 1 cup of reduced-fat milk
- 1 cup of water
- 1/2 cup of frozen raspberries or berries of your choice, eg strawberries and blackberries
- 1 to 2 tablespoons of flaxseed (linseed) oil (optional)
Blend the above ingredients well and serve.
The flaxseed oil adds a nutty flavour and provides essential fatty acids for improved skin and weight management.
