Vegan Mango Mousse
SHERRI DICKINSON- 1 fresh ripe mango, peeled and sliced
- 6 tablespoons of Life Pure Soy Protein or Aussie Bodies Perfect Soy Protein
- dash of nutmeg, cinnamon and cardamom
- 300mL of vanilla soy milk
Blend all ingredients in a blender until thoroughly mixed. If too thick, change the consistency by adding more soy milk or, if too runny, add more Life or Aussie Bodies Soy Protein so that it reaches the thickness of a pudding. Scoop out of blender and eat straight away!
