Strawberry Muffins
JADE BITCON- 200g rolled oats
- 100g of plain or low fat yoghurt
- 1 egg
- 250g strawberries
- 2 tablespoons of Trim Anytime Protein (Strawberry Swirl or Vanilla Royale)
- 1 tablespoon of Splenda
Pre heat oven to 200C.
Chop strawberries roughly and microwave for 1 minute in a bowl with 2 tablespoons of water. Mash roughly with a fork when done.
Combine oats, yoghurt, egg, protein powder, Splenda and strawberries, and mix well.
Spoon into muffin pan lined with muffin cases. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until firm and slightly browned on top. Allow to cool in pan and store in fridge.
Serves 6.
