HPLC Cake
AUSSIE BODIES TEST KITCHEN- 6 tablespoons Trim Pure Soy Protein
- 8 tablespoons of Trim Anytime Protein Vanilla Royale
- 2 tablespoons self raising flour
- 3 eggs
- 1 tablespoon lecithin granules (available at most supermarkets)
- 3 tablespoons tahina
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 3 teaspoon SplendaŽ Spoon for Spoon
- 2 teaspoons pure vanilla essence
- 1 cup soy milk
Preheat oven to 170°C. Line a small deep baking tray with Glad Bake. Gently, but thoroughly, fold together all ingredients and pour into baking tray (it should be no more than 1/2 full). Cover with foil and place in oven.
Bake for approx 15-20 minutes (until firm to the touch) allow to cool on wire rack.
This cake is enough for a generous snack or meal replacement for 3 servings.
