Creme Brulee
ISABELLA DEVINE- 2 cups low-fat milk
- ¼ cup Trim Anytime Protein Vanilla Royale
- 1 teaspoon vanilla essence
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons cornflour
- 2 eggs, lightly beaten
- 1 banana, sliced
- 1 tablespoon sugar, extra
Combine milk, protein powder and sugar in a saucepan. Blend a little water into the cornflour until a paste. Blend this into the milk mixture with the eggs. Bring to the boil. Reduce heat. Simmer for 3 minutes. Divide mixture into 4 individual ramekins. Refrigerate until cold.
Just before serving, top with banana slices. Sprinkle with sugar. Place under pre-heated grill until sugar caramelises. Serve with fresh raspberries, blueberries and mango slices.
