Anzac Biscuits
ANGELIQUE KELLY- 1/2 cup Life Pure Soy Protein or Aussie Bodies Perfect Soy Protein
- 3 heaped tablespoons almond meal
- 1 cup quick cooking oats
- 3 tablespoons desiccated coconut
- 4 tablespoons Splenda
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- 1/2 cup melted butter
- 5 level tablespoons honey
Preheat oven to 180 C.
Mix all ingredients in a bowl (except honey and butter). Heat honey and butter together until honey becomes runny and butter melts. Then add honey and butter to dry mixture and combine ingredients.
Roll into 18 even sized balls and flatten with your fingers on a greased baking tray.
Cook for approx 10 minutes.
