We provide ongoing training & development
Whether you are a team member or Manager we offer numerous training programmes to develop to up-skill our people. These programmes range ‘communication’ and ‘conflict resolution’ through to more Manager specific programmes such as Performance Management and Change Management.
Our manufacturing and warehouse employees are offered opportunities under our Skills Matrix to progress their skills and knowledge and in turn move up through the pay levels.
We can offer NZQA unit standards for most of the programmes we run. Our team of internal Workplace Assessors are qualified to ensure that all of our unit standards are attainable.
From time to time we do offer positions to new Graduates. Along with on the job training, we can also provide relevant work programmes and a buddy system to Graduates to develop them within their new roles.
